Owner does not live on the property. ATV trails run off the power lines, following old longing roads throughout the hardwoods. This property was selectively logged in 2005/2006. This land has a beautiful plantation pine grove running along the east side. There are fields abutting the west side of the property. Multiple deer trails running west to east, crisscrossing the power lines heading into the lower southeast corner. Multiple deer beds found on the east side of the property. There are several saddles and valleys with substantial deer trails and sign. There is a stream running west to east dividing the property in half and another running northeast to southwest in the southeast corner. This land has every type of terrain�swamp bottoms, hillsides, river bottoms, and saddles. Lots of hardwoods, oak trees, hickory, and dogwoods. This property will hunt a lot bigger than its 188 acre size. It will be a property that will hold deer for a long time as it has several spots that are very thick with brush.
